Please read all Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy carefully before using Digital Foreman, LLC ("Digital Foreman") Services. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use our Services.
Digital Foreman provides a CRM platform for construction companies to ensure they have an effective and affordable means to manage their customers and projects.
All rights, title and interest in and to the Services are owned or licensed by Digital Foreman. Digital Foreman reserves all rights, including without limitation, all IP Rights or other proprietary rights, in connection with the Services.
Subject to your agreement and continuing compliance with these Terms of Service, Digital Foreman grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to access and use the Services for your business.
You acknowledge you will not directly or indirectly:
To the maximum extent permissible under applicable laws, the total liability of Digital Foreman is limited to the total amount you have paid Digital Foreman in the one hundred and eighty (180) days immediately preceding the date on which you first assert any claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Digital Foreman with respect to any and all claims, liabilities, injuries, damages, losses or expenses that arise from your failure to comply with this agreement or your use of the Services.

You agree to try to resolve any Dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating any arbitration or other proceeding.
Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by final and binding arbitration conducted under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You understand that this binding arbitration provision will eliminate your legal right to sue in court and/or have a jury trial with respect to any such dispute.
