  • No unauthorized access

You may not try to access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to you.

Subscriptions and account responsibilities

  • Monthly subscription access

License access is tied to an active monthly subscription. You may cancel at any time and access ends at the start of the next billing period.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and account access.

Liability and dispute resolution

Liability cap

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Digital Foreman's total liability is limited to the amount you paid Digital Foreman during the 180 days immediately before the claim was first asserted.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Digital Foreman for claims, losses, or expenses that arise from your failure to comply with these terms or your misuse of the service.

If a dispute arises, both sides agree to try informal resolution for at least 30 days before arbitration or another proceeding begins.
