Digital Foreman respects copyright ownership and expects platform users to do the same. This policy explains ownership, user content, DMCA notice requirements, and counter-notice handling.
Copyright ownership and user content
All Digital Foreman content, features, and functionality, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of Digital Foreman LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws.
User content remains yours
You retain rights to the content you create, upload, or store in Digital Foreman. By using the service, you grant Digital Foreman a limited license to store, process, and display that content only as needed to provide the service.
How to submit a DMCA notice
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), if you believe content on Digital Foreman infringes your copyright, send our Copyright Agent the information needed to evaluate and respond to the notice.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing.
- Your contact information, including address, phone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

Counter-notices and repeat infringement
If you believe content you posted was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notice with our Copyright Agent. Include your signature, identification of the removed content and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake, your contact information, and any required consent to jurisdiction.
Repeat infringement
We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or other intellectual property rights.
