SMS Terms & Consent

How Digital Foreman handles SMS consent, delivery expectations, opt-out requests, and mobile privacy commitments.

Last updated: April 20, 2026

Digital Foreman uses SMS for customer care, scheduling, account, and project-update workflows only when the recipient has explicitly requested or agreed to receive texts.

Program overview

  • Demo scheduling

Text messages may be used to coordinate requested demos, follow-ups, and availability.

  • Customer-care updates

Messages can include support updates, appointment reminders, and requested service communication.

  • Operational notifications

Subscribed businesses may use SMS for estimate, invoice, scheduling, and project-update workflows when consent exists.

This shared SMS program is for operational and customer-service communication. It is not intended for unsolicited promotional blasts.

Direct Digital Foreman contacts may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on the contact or demo-request form. Construction companies using Digital Foreman are expected to collect clear consent before enabling project or customer-care texting for their own customers.

Consent standards

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies based on the workflow you requested, and message or data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe

STOP removes you from future SMS communication for the relevant workflow unless you opt in again.

Reply HELP for assistance

HELP returns support instructions so you can reach the team if you need assistance with messages or consent handling.

Mobile privacy and contact

Mobile numbers and SMS consent data are used to deliver requested text messages and related support communication. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional use.
